Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Grapes of Mirth Pty Ltd
  2. The Event is Grapes of Mirth – Seppeltsfield to be held on the 7th of September 2019
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions
  5. Information on how to enter this competition and claim prizes is contained within these terms & conditions
  6. To enter, entrants must be present at the Event, must be over the age of 18, and must enter all required fields before submitting their entry
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Only one prize will be awarded per person
  8. Closing date and time for entries will be as announced by Merrick Watts at the Event
  9. Winning entries will be drawn at the Event by a random ballot, and announced by Merrick Watts
  10. Competition winners may be requested to provide ID upon prize collection
  11. The winner agrees that his/her name will be announced at the Event
  12. Grapes of Mirth accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason
  13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, and any value shown is provided by the prize supplier
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
  15. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize
  17. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The Promoter may use information to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers and other marketing information. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter direct by emailing [email protected]
