Grapes of Mirth
Grapes of Mirth Grapes of Mirth

Seppeltsfield,
Barossa Valley, SA

1 September 2018

WOW!!! How much fun was Seppeltsfield? Even as a seasoned veteran / old dog of comedy, that was one for the records! A massive thanks to everyone who came along. There’s a lovely sense of community at Grapes of Mirth that is not lost on the organisers, the host venue or indeed the performers. I have spoken to each of the performers who took the stage on the day and they all said you were a wonderful bunch of people and a pleasure to perform to. . To the comics – you guys were amazing, and it thrills me to share the stage with such talented, generous and friendly people. The bus ride back to Adelaide after a few vinos was almost as fun as the gig! Off record highlights included; Tom Ballard and Nikki Britton singing “Tiny Dancer” and Merrick and Tommy Little doing the world’s best impersonations of Tony Montana from “Scarface”. Fortunately for the world all of this was contained in Chookies mini bus! Apologies to you Chookie. . Looking forward to seeing you all again sometime soon. Thanks, and lots of love – Mez
