Brett is in charge of Quality Control at GoM, and comes to us from Dubbo where he was Deputy Mayor for 3 years. Prior to that Brett worked at a chicken processing facility but took a forced redundancy. The matter is still with the courts but our understanding is that he had formed a unique bond with one of the chickens.
Brett’s hobbies include wine, wearing his mum’s glasses and rollerblading alone at night. His favourite wine is a McLaren Vale Montepulciano that displays a strong fruit forward nose, soft mouth feel of red fruits, spices, and ends with mellow tannins.
